Have you tried this Tofu Monggo?

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
Today, I woke up early feeling good 
It is Fathers day here but I`m not sure when is Fathers day in your country 
Anyways, Since it is special day here and the weather is cold. I like to prepare this warm Tofu monggo beans soup. It is a very easy one to prepare. First, you just have to fry the tofu and then set that aside because you will add that to the soup after it is cooked with garlic,onion and carrots 
I eat this with steamed rice but my husband he eats this with bread and Oh before I forget after the soup is cooked you can put in your spinach or water spinach together with the fried tofu and let it warm for 1 to 2 minutes before serving it

I like tofu monggo with spinach or bitter gourd leaves, together with rice and fried fish, it would be a sumptuous meal. I have not tried it with fried tofu, however. But I will try this dish in the future. If you eat this with rice and fried galungggong (macarel scad) fish it would be so delicious.

@m_audrey6788 Of course, you won't be mixing the fish into the monggo, dish but eat it together with rice. The combination is superb.

Looks so yummy! My lunch for today is Munggo but with pork only. Anything that you can put on Munggo tastes good. I wasn't able to take a pic bcoz I opened Mylot so late already. I love this kind of food.

I asked Pretty and we've never eaten tofu.

I eat a lot of tofu. Sometimes fried, sometimes steamed with fish paste.
I'll have broccoli with scallop for dinner this evening.
