Checking my old Digital Camera

A decade old of my digital camera is still working. I thought it might not work anymore but it is still working.. It has only 14 megapixel and the captured images are still somewhat okay though there were scratches on it. It’s been lying in the briefcase as it is for few years now . After using it for one year, I gave it to my younger sister but after she got a smartphone she has also never laid her hands on the camera. At the end, the old owner need to recheck and make it work instead of keeping it idle in the briefcase. In case, if it stops working, I would have not known what to do with a non-working digital camera but to store it as my memory. Luckily it is still working and till then it can be used though it can’t be focused at micro level. Have a Nice day everyone and Have a Good Night Shared picture is mine

Everyone uses mobile phones to take pictures nowadays, so it's nice to use the digi cam once in awhile for memories.

I agree with you! Mobile phones nowadays equipped with good megapixel so those aren't much required anymore moreover I hardly see people using them.

@psanasangma Try to get a good photo of the moon with a smartphone, it's a fiasco. But with a good digital camera you can take a great photo.

@psanasangma If your camera is several years old, it is possible the battery does not fully recharge anymore.

People are using smartphones so much these days that cameras are out of use. My husband has a professional camera and he still prefers to take pictures from it for special occasions. . I guess people who love photography still have love for those cameras.

People are no longer using camera for taking a quite good picture as it is substituted by the camera of handphone, unless photographer, or something similar. But. there's a good thing to have one to keep as memory.

I have an old digital camera that looks something like that. It still works, but it has a piece broken on the bottom that makes it harder to use. I have a new digital camera that I have only taken a few pics with, mostly I use my phone, like everyone else does,
