How Often Do You Use Tomato Ketchup ?

Almost never, I only use a bit when I prepare the hot sauce for the chicken wings, mixed to a lot hotter sauces. I prepare my own tomato sauce for pasta, ketchup has a weird taste on pasta.

I like tomato sauce or ketchup on potato fries but it is sour for me. I prefer a banana ketchup for my fried foods like chicken

I very rare use tomato ketchup. It is just a kind of ultra processed food. I prefer making my own tomato sauce.

You call that not often? I used to use it on sausage, to tame the spiciness. However, I can no longer eat sausage, I am not supposed to eat pork and black pepper together, and I really do know how allergic to black pepper I am... if I get a bit caught between my teeth it will burn a hole in my gums. Now I only use it on french fries, or to make 'cocktail' sauce for shrimp.
