I am sick

I got a cold and cough after having the flu. My nose is full. I am not feeling comfortable. It started yesterday afternoon. Maybe I acquired this because of the changing climate hot now rainy later. I am coughing now like a dog barking. I take medicine and drink squeezed lemon with ginger and turmeric. I am hoping I will be okay the next day. My head aches. I cannot look at the laptop screen for many minutes. Sorry, if I cannot reply to your posts. Keep safe all. Thank you for reading, sharing is caring.

@dfollin , yes, the weather here is fluctuating, sunny in the morning and rainy in the afternoon. I no longer have flu only a cough and a slight cold.

@maclanis, really? My voice also is not good this time it gets thinner perhaps it will be restored next day after taking antibiotics.It is so annoying.

Thank you, Anna but this morning, I no longer have flu only a slight cold and cough. I like lemon with ginger and turmeric. My cough almost subsided, hoping to be completely healed the next day. I just feel tired.

It sounds like you are having sinus problems, caused by the changing weather, like you suspected. Do you have access to a decongestant? I take generic Allegra D, and it keeps me from having a sinus headache, and being stuffed up. Of course, if you have high blood pressure you shouldn’t take that. I really hope you feel better, because I know how miserable it can be.

@AmbiePam, I got the flu, maybe infected from my sisters who also had flu the other days. I do not have sinusitis. It is just flu and partner cold and cough. I no longer have the flu only a slight cough and cold.
