Why I didn't make payout this time around

You all were very nice in commenting on my posts last night, helping me to reach payout but the battery in my mouse gave up the ghost. I thought I had another but when I looked in my battery drawer (yes, I have a battery drawer) there were lots but none was a double A. And I may have mentioned a time or two befor that I hate using the scroll pad (it tends not to do what I want it to and deletes what's on my screen).
So, I just stopping computering for the night. I thought I would have to go out this morning to buy new batteries but had one last look around the house trying to find something else that used AAs that I could rob. Lo and behold, a small flashlight volunteered one of its kidneys, I mean batteries, and I am able to continue computering in my robe.
I don't think I would have made it anyway if I had found the flashlight last night (I didn't have anything new to say).

I'm on 4:80 so I didn't reach payout either. I should reach 5:00 by the end of August, so I should get payout in September.

@sharonelton Well, with only 20 cents to go, you should make it easy-peasy. I have another 60 cents to go, so I shouldn't have any trouble either.

I have not reached payout in the last two months. Offline life is keeping me too busy and away from here. I hope to get paid in September from myLot and few other sites too.

@BarBaraPrz I am busy offline for good reasons and so no complaints. I have made 2.48 dollars as of now in the last two months.

I use a mouse with a USB connection. I found the batteries ran out too often with my cordless mouse. I'm glad you're back in operation. Don't forget to buy more AA batteries! Enjoy your day.

I will buy more batteries today, if I get to the store...
As I told @paigea, the very first cordless mouse I had would do that, too, but this one from Logitech behaves much better (or I'm buying better batteries).

Yes. The very first cordless mouse I had was always running dry, but this one seems to last longer.
