Sunday, Labor Day Weekend

Happy Sunday! Sounds like you have a busy and productive day. It helps when we have a decent, glorious weather to go with the day. Your breakfast sounds divine, I've never tried it but this morning I think I will. The husband will occasionally have it, will ask me if I want some, and I always decline. For some reason you made it sound better.

I had prescriptions to pick up as well. I expected 2 but found all 4 of my prescriptions were refilled. (They do it automatically so I don't have to call). My husband doesn't come to church with me anymore. He was raised by two very Catholic parents but I know he was going to set an example for our children and part of pre-marital promises were to raise our children as Catholics. Now that our girls are adults he feel his job is done and isn't interested. Meanwhile, I have gotten more involved in the Church. I used to be just in charge of the lectors (training, scheduling, screening), but I know read on Wednesday evenings as well as my scheduled Saturday. I also lead The Rosary on both Wednesdays and Saturdays. And I volunteered as an usher where I help take up collection. My daughter is in charge of just about everything at the church so I am one of her back-ups when she is not available. I am loving it. I love serving.

I am so glad you are going to be able to hold your yard sale. Your choice of food today sounds pretty darn good as well as healthy.
