I had my special salmon with brown sugar, teriyaki and cumin. I also found Carrbbean rice and veggies at Target yesterday. It also included pineapple.That was super yummy with the salmon. It was so good I think I will have it tomorrow as well. It truly tasted like a gourmet meal, and was simple to prepare. What have you had that was yummy lately?

Tuesday at the birthday party for my nice and nephew, my sister went to a local place to pick up lunch for us, and it was amazing. White rice, chicken, and pulled pork with a pineapple BBQ sauce, along with a side of macaroni salad…I was excited when she sent some leftovers home with me.

Hard to go wrong with barbecue.. I have some leftover pork..gonna turn the rest into barbecue I think.

I had cooked some salmon and blend them with sauteed veggies two days ago. It seems that the whole family love it.

Caribbean rice is very good. I had crepes stuffed with mushrooms and ham and a light white sauce. Good.

Your's sounds very tasty as well. I don't know if I have tried making crepes. Do you have a crepe pan,or do you just roll them up yourself?

@snowy22315 I have a very flat pan to make the crepes, and then I "fold" them to make the savory filled crêpes.

We had dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse that was absolutely yummy. I had chicken tenders, stuffed mushrooms, bread, mashed potatoes, strawberry pecan salad and Brussels sprouts. We both took home a dessert. Have a good weekend.
