I did not find the tray I wanted to use.

If Anita did not have so many qualities, I´d fire her! She just can´t help hiding things!
Today I was looking for a tray to roast the pork and I could not find it. I did find others I bought later on but this one came with the oven and was just the right size.
I looked around everywhere until I gave up. Now the pork will roast in a tray a bit bigger than the oven so I´ll have to go several times to turn it around so it does not burn in one side
Anyway, the pork is marinating in crushed garlic, salt, pepper and oil. I´ll add wine later on, when I add the apples.
And I "cleaned" the fridge placing in a dish the last piece of cake and throwing away the big plastic container where it came. The last piece of cake is at my side and I´m enjoying it while I mylot.
After I take my shower, I´ll make a salad. I might make mashed avocado wrapped in thin ham slices over a bed of lettuce. That will take me back to the first time I had it, around 60 years ago.
Dessert will be easy. It is ice cream unless Tania wants to eat a banana. I will not prepare a special dessert.
Chocolate cake is delicious! YUM! See you when I can.
