Another heart transplant from pig to human completed

Its the second time I am hearing this in few months and that is the complete and successful transfer of pig's heart into humans. The issue here is, will the human now possess the lifespan of a pig or still retain the human lifespan? It sounds complicated to me.

That's true, pigs have a lifespan of less than 15 years.

I saw this in the news and I had a few questions:
1. A pig? Really? Of all creatures!
2. Heart transplant requires compatibility, so the pig's was compatible?
3. How does one live knowing they have a pig's heart?
