Tender coconut water

I think it is the best natural energy drink and consuming it daily is very good for health.Instead of drinking artificial chemical drinks like Pepsi and coco cola ,it is good to consume tender coconut water which contains lot of minerals.

Natural is always better than artificial. It is good for the health. I always enjoy drinking coconut water its so refreshing.

Yes..it is always refreshing provided it is sweet. Some of them.are really tasteless
