I don't know any...but maybe gargling with salt water would help. I get them sometimes too...that and cold sores. I can usually use something on the cold sores though since they are external.

@amitkokiladitya Doubtful, and you don't have to use warm if you don't feel comfortable with it.

@amitkokiladitya Use an antiseptic gels or mouth rinses like Orajel or Anbesol for the pain and rinse your mouth with warm salted water.

@amitkokiladitya Swish the Gingelly oil in your mouth, keep it for a while and then spit it out. Do this a couple of times. You can take coconut milk and drink it. There is a possibility of mouth sore if you have stomach heat.
Cut spicy food for a couple of days .

It's best to use pure ghee( clarified butter) inside the mouth. I think you should consult a dentist.

Mouth ulcers are annoying. I have a good home remedy. Cook rice in way where you filter the excess water after rice is cooked. In earlier days, people used that as starch for clothes. Let this starch water cool down. Gargle with it few times. Hold it in mouth for few minutes. It soothes the mouth ulcer.
