Change of plans.

Looks like George and I are going to Publix today. We talked about going Saturday, but the weather has been coming and going. So, we decided to go today. I'm totally fine with that. We can hit a few places along the way and I'll gt more goodies. It's a win-win. And, we can stay home this weekend. Chilly is in our bedroom. So, I'm just killing time until George is ready to go.

More for George's benefit. He's got his first in-person doctor's appointment Monday, since COVID forced things to change. If the VA still required masks, he wouldn't be going in-Person.

Well, yeah. I know. Society has changed a lot. Haha. Women were expected to look flawless going out in public, and that took time. Hence why we women got the bad wrap for keeping others (the men) waiting. But me. I just throw on clothes run a brush through m y hair and I'm done. Things like taking a bath can be done at night.

We planned to go yesterday, but it got late and looked like it wanted to storm. So, we decided to go home instead.

I like Publix, but I am not a regular shopper. They do have a pecan roll ring that I love though...and I get milk or iced tea there sometimes. They also have 5.00 sushi on Weds. Their fried chicken is good
