Friday, almost a weekend

Today is swimming day with our kiddos, then the weekend.
Of course on Saturday I want to do house stuff, and Sunday will be church.
Next Monday Bob has two appointments at the VA. One with a foot doctor, and then in the afternoon a small procedure. I am taking the day off.
Monday is the day our lead teacher, Ellen, will be back. We are excited. Next Wednesday is an early release day.
I will probably not get to go to Minnesota for Thanksgiving, as I have a plumbing leak that cannot be left unattended, and my plumber is still recovering from dog bites.
Yesterday was nice, but a little chilly. Today is likely to be the same.

Good morning. It is 36F here and our high today is supposed to reach 60F... I turned on the central heat when the house dropped to 60F during the night.
Our tub backed up last night but is slowly draining. We'll need to call a plumber today.
Yesterday was okay here... I slept through the day.

@DaddyEvil We’ve been blessed to never have a bad clog. Drain cleaner has always worked.

I have a plumber coming on Tuesday to finally install that bathroom sink I've been talking about for over a year. I sure hope he doesn't get bit by a dog before that.

His stitches got all infected. It turns out it was his own dogs.

Most of our kids were sick and it seemed my kiddo was having a stomach malfunction as well, so we did not go. It does feel nice. It turns out his own dogs bit him when he tried to get them to stop fighting.

I hope Bob's appointment and procedure go well. I'm glad Ellen will be back on Monday. That should help a lot. Sorry you can't go to Minnesota this year. Hope you have a wonderful day as well.
