I love to study other people's animation, and Tim Burton's animation is among the most unique (and admittedly bizarre) I've ever seen. I am presently watching his Russian folk tale based film "Corpse Bride" and the claymation like effects, and often exaggerated features are incredibly humorous. Are you a Tim Burton fan? What is your favorite of his films if so?

I do not know all his movies but I am a fan. He has managed to create his own brand his animations are distinct. I did watch Corpse Bride and it is one of my favourites.

@flapiz it's such a strange film, he has the weirdest imagination. I've not watched it all the way through, but I have to wonder if he was on something when he came up with the ideas for the character design.

@jnrdutton Hahaha. I would not be surprised if he was. Have you seen The Nightmare Before Christmas by him? It is quite disturbing to be a children's film

@flapiz I saw TNBC years ago, I remember it being put on at school once, during a break day. I don't know who chose it for us, but it was probably my first introduction to Burton's work.

I like them. I like Nightmare Before Christmas..but when it was on TV a week or 10 days ago..I have to admit, I didn't pay much attention.

I've never seen a Corpse Bride. Not sure if I've seen any of his other films.
