Is It Just Me?

Since I have more time with Sada being in the hospital, I've been doing surveys again. But it seems much harder to reach payout than it use to be. I mean really hard. I'm 3 points from making payout, and it seems like the questions are deliberately fixed, that you there's no way to give an honest answer. The site a year ago was somewhat easy to redeem, but now almost impossible. I think after I finally make it, I think this will be it for me. I just wonder what makes a site change so? Too much for me.

13 years ago I belonged to dozens of survey sites. Over the years I have cut out the ones that I never qualified for or that were too hard to reach payout. Now I work with less than a dozen; and I"m happy with those. Have a great day.

@popciclecold You just have to keep trying different ones. I would suggest Prolific to you; but you'd have to be put on a waiting list. Have a great day.

I gave up on surveys a long time ago. I never qualified for them. So, no. It's not just you.

I got back into surveys in July after taking a long break because of the same thing you are talking about. I have a few sites now that are steady and don’t make it like pulling teeth to cash out. Then, I have two sites that try my patience, but eventually I make payout. I have given up on others who make me want to pull my hair out. Maybe if you take a month long break it will provide you enough time to get away and refresh your tolerance for these darn surveys. I took a year long break, but finances necessitated I get back to doing them again.

@popciclecold It’s not just you, no. I like the survey sites that give you a little something even if you are disqualified from the survey.

I know exactly what you mean..these sites are suffering inflation too and so we are not able to earn.

Is that the problem, I knew something is very wrong. I use to get points everyday from My Points, now I can't get but a point a day. Very frustrating.

@popciclecold Well I mean I am just guessing that is the reason.

I perservere and do as many surveys on different sites I can each day, It is hard to find surveys I can take but I still like to have the money or especially the gift cards. Survey Junkie also gives some extra points for you even for just trying the survey and I cash out often there and Qmee give surveys where you can cash out with whatever you have made for one week or less, Like today I needed the extra $4 I had on the site and I cashed out,

I wonder if a lot more people are doing surveys and with a bigger pool of respondents the questions don't come around so often and slows down hitting payout

If a site is like that I don't use it. I use Prolific 90 percent of the time for surveys as it is not hard at all to cash out I could cash out everyday if I wanted to, but I usually let it build up a bit.. I don't think they are accepting new people though. I think they have a waitlist. Crowdtap is another one that is pretty good, but the money adds up slowly there. I have an app that has surveys on it, that I will use once in awhile. Qmee is decent but you do get the disqualifications on there often.

I am still using survey sites because I have time and need money, but it's difficult to redeem. Most online sites have problems now.
