Apparently my neighbor is moving / myLot

This is Whiskey's owner. She had mentioned possibly moving in with her mother but that was weeks ago. My downstairs neighbor just told me that she definitely is doing it. Apparently they are going to convert the 3rd floor or an attic or something into a loft for her and create an external door so she can come and go. It makes sense for her to make the move. Her daughter has moved in with her boyfriend's family and she already struggles to pay the rent. There's no point in paying for a 2 bedroom apartment when she's by herself. I will be sad to see her and Whiskey go. Charlie will miss his BFF.

She will be a couple of towns away. We get along well but we aren't what I'd say are close friends. I'll likely never see her or Whiskey again.

Wow! She is going to miss Whiskey's dogsitter; and Charlie will miss Whiskey! You're right about the rent though. That will save her tons. Have a great day.
