2 December - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today has been a good day. The sun is shining, but the clouds are coming in. Soon it should start looking like we're getting snow tonight.
I'm thankful for being up as long as I have been. Since 1:15 this morning. No nap, though I thought I would have one.
I'm thankful for spending time here. I finished the notifications three times and got to see what you're doing in your world. That's always fun.
I'm thankful for the work I did on Wilderness Challenge. I've done about 40 pages and three chapters, I think. I have 60 pages left to the end of this edit/revision. More revision to come with the next edit.
I'm thankful I didn't forget I needed to take care of Teddy and Freddy today. Their mama had a funeral to sing at today. She's part of the choir for the church.
I'm thankful a gentleman could raise the hood on my car so I could check the brake fluid. It's good, so I don't know what the problem is.
I'm thankful I have all my steps for the day.
Okay, that's my day. Time to get off the computer, get something to eat, and relax with the television. What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading.

I'm thankful to have plenty of food in the house.
I'm thankful to be employed.
I'm thankful to know where all of my kids are today, and that they are safe.
I'm thankful to have the weekend off and a little bit of time to get caught up.

I am thankful I got to have a nice chat with sis. I gave her some good book and movie suggestions. She rents alot of DVD's at the library.

I am thankful I agreed to have George transferred. I'd been considering it and thinking about how to do it safely. And, my prayers were answered Thursday. It happened quickly, too. I am thankful they want to take the problems, and not brush them under the rug. They are repeating the same tests, sure, but I'm thankful for that. They aren't relying on notes alone from Halifax.

Car troubles again. It's so good to see you. I hope you have been well.
The car won't last too much longer. If I can get it fixed on Wednesday, I'll be happy. Otherwise, it will be history and I will be without a car. I am getting rid of it in March if I can get it fixed. It's falling apart. My son doesn't think it will make it to Christmas. We'll see this week.
Teddy and Freddy are cute dogs I take care of when Mama is gone for a lengthy time.
For good news, I published two books this year: Where Eagles Soar in May, and Destination Love the day after Thanksgiving.

I am thankful today that I finally got the time to clean a ceiling fan which was due a long time back.
Plus for the bounties that we get.
A good shelter in cold weather.
The way and the pace you work on your new book looks commendable.
A suggestion- you may bring out a discussion regarding your published books; especially those which have been readied over the past few years.
Plus those which are Work in Progress.

There's always something to be thankful for even if it's just something small.

@just4him its just too easy to get lost when on the computer. I did spend time browsing gift baskets to send to my Aunt & Uncle for Christmas. Expensive and the shipping is ridiculous. I think I might see if I can get them a gift certificate to a local restaurant that they like.
