What to do when my ideas aren’t fun

Yesterday my husband said “The days wide open what do I want to do just me and you?” (our two year old too of course).
I thought about it and really couldn’t come up with anything.
It was cold so I didn’t want to go out in the woods or anything and he had just come back from a hike with his dogs so he wouldn’t want to go out again even if it warmed up enough for me to want to go out.
He didn’t think going to the recycling center to sort out and get rid of our items would be very fun the way I do.
There’s a new restaurant with incredible gourmet donuts but we have had so very many sweets since Christmas that he said please no more lol.
He hates shopping and so do I and my son and I had just gone out for groceries the day before.
I was stumped I just couldn’t come up with any ideas. When it’s cold out I stay in as much as possible. He didn’t come up with anything either so we stayed home.
What did you guys do yesterday?

After the Christmas fever I do not suppose anyone will get ideas to have fun. Staying home was the best thing you did.

@allknowing He had 10 days off we could have done something. He went hunting 6 of the days. It was nice he offered to do something together but I couldn’t come up with any ideas he liked and he didn’t even try to offer anything 
so I don’t think he had any good ideas either.

Sadly, the same thing I've been doing since George had a stroke. Getting up, spending the day with him, Going home, doing housework and then coming back to spend the night with him again.

Church, lunch at Arby's and a Walmart trip. I hate Walmart, especially the one we went to, but we needed "stuff."

@GardenGerty oh yummy I haven’t eaten at Arby’s in years. They have the best mozzarella sticks there.

That is a cute photo. I have just been inside and do not want to venture out in the cold. Besides in five days my groceries will be ordered and then I will have to go out in the yard and wait for the delivery,

@RasmaSandra we are low on milk, heavy cream and onions I’m hoping to make it until my son’s guitar is done being fixed some time this week so I only have to go out once.

@shaggin We were supposed to have beef tenderloin and some bubbly. I had a PB&J sandwich around 1 am instead. No, he wasn't sick.
