I am eating a prepared salad for lunch. I have never had one that had so much lettuce in it. I should try to eat it all though. I am sure the fiber is beneficial. It is going to take a long time to finish this thing.

I decided yesterday to eat a lettuce salad, bad idea, I forgot I cannot digest lettuce fiber, I have been sick all the afternoon.

I am washung some leaves of lettuce to make a salad for lunch. I´ll mix it with spinach leaves and will just eat it as a starter. I am making a potato and egg salad for my main dish with dill pickles, green olives and homemade mayo. I´m away from the hot kitchen while the potatoes are boiling. We are in summer now.

Did it have other veggies in it? I can't eat lettuce now (obstructions), but there are a few things I can have from a salad bar.

Yeah, carrot strips and such..it was primarily chopped chicken and crisped rice. It was pretty tasty.
