Unexpected Skills

What's the most unexpected skill you've ever picked up? For me, I never expected to be skilled in listening to other's problems. I wish I had the time to volunteer on a phone in crisis line, but at this time, I don't. Had you realized you were good at something you never expected to be? Have you any skillizils?

I'm also a good listener, and pretty good in singing. People say I have a good voice.

You have excellent listening skillz ! I'm a good dancer (street, any kind - even ballroom and ballet). I seem to pick up (spoken) languages pretty easily. Does being personable count ?

Listening really is a great skill or quality to have. If you had the time I know you would be really good on a phone crisis line.

I would like to have the skill of public speaking. What I'm good at is listening to other's problems like you.

I've always been rather introverted, but when I had a job doing product samples in Walmart, I found I was a better salesperson than I ever dreamed I could be. Oshy, I think you would be excellent as a crisis therapist. You have a real compassion for people who are hurting. And not much patience for those who don't deserve it!
