I was just sitting here minding my own business mylotting away when the phone rings. I was expecting it would be friend ironing out the details of his trip down here, but instead I see on the Caller ID that it was a local number that said Girl Scouts. Why would they be calling me I thought? Did I pay by check when I bought the cookies last month and it bounced or something? Wild scenarios are going thru my head. When I answered it was the health care system with a recorded message about me taking some or other test that I have no intention of doing. They are obsessed with me taking tests. Girl Scouts..indeed!!

It seems like everyone uses a false name to get you to answer the phone. I ignore most of them. Have a good weekend.

I wouldn't expect a doctor's office to do that! They could have always left a message

@snowy22315 I'm surprised they didn't leave a message.

It always makes you wonder. Sometimes they do mistakenly give two people the same mobile number, or maybe someone else had it before or something

@snowy22315 I agree. I was also thinking that they must be a group of scammers.

@Shavkat Could be either really..most likely scammers or someone trying to sell you something you don't need.

I do, I just legitimately thought it was the Girl Scouts calling.

@snowy22315 - It happens to receive calls and the ID is not what you expect, it's weird.

I keep getting a call that comes up on my caller ID as Clinical Nursing. They leave a message and it says they want me to call them and go over the prescriptions that I take. I have no intention of calling back even if they are legit.

If I took all the tests they wanted me to take, I would spend half my time in the lab. I feel fine. I probably need some tests, but not from them. I have little trust in their methods.

That doesn't happen to me often. Most don't have this number. I was very curious as to what it was all about.
