We will have a salad / myLot

I think a salad made with spinach, tomatoes, onions and cheese will be just right. I think I will top it with bacon. We can have some kind of fruit and then also rice pudding. I expected various phone calls while on break, but they did not happen. I go back to work tomorrow, so my phone will likely ring like crazy. 9 work days then we will have Easter Break. It will go from Good Friday to the following Monday. So, I had best get busy making a salad. It is 5 p. m. here.

That does sound good. I like spinach in most things. Glad you get a break. Some places aren't doing that.
