Happy Monday Everyone! it's fairly sunny this morning with cooler temperatures than we had last week. One more day until spring arrives but it looks like the temperatures will be chilly for the week ahead. Even though spring arrives on the calendar, it's just a matter of time before the weather catches up.
I've come to the conclusion that I suffer from the winter blues. Ever since we changed the clocks last weekend and it's been lighter longer, I've been feeling better.
I went out Saturday and did a little shopping at Hobby Lobby. I got a nice spring wreath for my front door and a few skeins of yarn. I used my gift card and a little extra for the stuff I bought.
Yesterday, my grandson came over for a visit on his way back to college. He brought us bagels from our local bagel shop so it was nice to have breakfast with him. Now he's back at school and probably won't be home again until the end of May. His first college year is really flying by.
Today life is back to normal. My daughter is working and I have the usual things to do around the house. This afternoon I'm hoping to finish the book I'm reading.
Other than that, nothing else is going on.

I know that spring arrives tomorrow-officially, but winter is dragging on here.
Of course having spring-like weather in February I figured this would happen.
We have flurries again today and it looks cold outside.
I haven't put my spring wreath up, maybe tonight I will after I finish work-thanks for the reminder.

@Marilynda1225 Now that I am finished working today, I just do not feel motivated to put the wreath up.
Unless I sprinkle some artificial snow on it that I use for the Christmas village that I put up.

It's chilly here too but at least spring will arrive tomorrow and pretty soon we'll see nicer temperatures.
I got a nice spring wreath for my front door but won't put it up yet. I'll probably wait until April or maybe I'll hang it for Easter.

The 70s are really nice temperatures for being out and walking. We had those temperatures last week but this week we're back to cold weather.

Cooler temps here all week, too, with a few flakes thrown in today. Glad I got out yesterday when it wasn't too bad.

@Marilynda1225 We got a dusting of snow overnight, and I know what you mean about "some neighbors". The ones I have here are pretty good, though.

Same here with the cooler temps but no flakes falling. I could probably call some of my neighbors flakes though

Weekend was pretty good Friend was here for some of it .We have gone back to winter but this time of the year. You know it won't last forever. I am jealous of your son.

I love it when spring comes but winter lingers. Snow this week and next. It's about time.
I'm glad you had a good shopping trip at Hobby Lobby and a good visit with your grandson before he headed back to college.
Life has returned to normal once again, and everything is right in your world. Gotta love it.
