What's for supper?

Eggs, toast and hash browns here. Comfort food for this cold weather. It's been awhile since I have had something like this. I had salsa with the eggs, something NJChicca turned me on to .quite good. What are you having?

I am sure it tasted good..you do eat alot of processed meats though..Chicken or just beans and rice would be better.

@JudyEv There is a woman who used to be on TV who said her husband refused to eat leftovers. I wonder what they did with leftover food? She did have a few dogs, so I guess they probably ate well!

About twice a year, one or both of my sons talk me in to making fried potatoes with onions. I just don't fry a lot of things anymore...but tonight, the son here won out and I made him some, along with some baked flounder and some corn and salad. He was in heaven...that man loves potatoes. We have breakfast for dinner about once a month or so. It's good anytime!
