I hear there is a lot of fog outside

I have not looked out, but the online forecast states there is a fog warning.
That means I should leave early, for safe driving. Besides other vehicles, wild animals can be a challenge. Two days ago a deer had just crossed the highway when I came by.
I dislike driving in the dark or the fog. I guess I have to go.
I really appreciate advice I get here and things I learn here. Due to my last discussion I am mentally stove shopping based on advice I have received.
One more advantage to being here.

.I get fog alerts on my phone, but I know when it's really foggy when I hear the ships in the river sound their fog horns.
Where she works is very close to the tidal waterways, so that area gets fog more often than we do. I try to tell her about it in case she didn't see her own alerts.

I have learnt SOOO much here, mostly about how middle-of-the-road people like me live in other countries. Such a lot that never comes up on media. And of course all the good advice we get from others, as you say.

I'm glad you appreciate the advice given on the site. I do too. People are knowledgeable. You don't always need to go to a professional and pay the big bucks to learn what we know here.
