Late Night Coffee

I'm sitting here enjoyed a late night cup of hot coffee and decided that I would throw up a post quickly to let you all know that today has been a better day!!
Update on Rooster Attack:
Swelling is down a little bit.
It doesn't hurt to eat today--Yay!!
Still hurts to smile or if I sneeze and that one is a challenge with everything blooming around here. Still progress--not as bad as it was yesterday!
Tomorrow the rooster will be taken out and he will be dinner. I will make chicken and dumplings with the dark meat and hubby with stew the white meat. He does not like chicken and dumplings!! I am hoping that this guy is not too tough and will be edible!
What are you doing tonight? Watching the tube? Or ???

Glad you’re better!!!
I watched Weather Brains live on You Tube, where they had a 50th anniversary of the 1974 Super Outbreak. Now I’m watching live tornado coverage from a station in Mississippi.

It seems like I am always playing "catch up!!" Missed my flea market run this weekend so that needs doing on Tuesday and that is usually my antique store day. I don't think I could do both, and I don't have anything tagged yet to go in. So that one may have to wait until Friday.

Glad you are better and alas poor rooster but it was his own fault behaving like that, I sure hope he tastes good, I might just head for bed and do some reading not much in the mood for anything else,

We have delayed that again. Hub said he needs my help and with the heavy rainfall last night, I don't want to risk either of us slipping and falling and getting hurt. So we will wait until Friday or Saturday because I have boutique duty tomorrow and he has another doctor appointment Thursday in Baton Rouge.

I'm glad your face is a little bit better. Too bad rooster must pay the price. I mostly watched TV last night. Was bummed out that I couldn't see my husband.
