There's news of the first case of Swine Flu in Pennsylvania and the rise of cases of Meningitis. I'll give you a break today though! Breakfast - PB&J sandwich Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Fish sandwich, peas, potato wedges, grapes Dessert/Snack - Chocolate chip muffin Dinner - PB&J sandwich What did you eat yesterday? We had omelets for breakfast, sandwich for lunch and leftover Greek/Lebanese for dinner.

g@LindaOHio I enjoy the lamb or Gyros on the menu. The Chicken Shawarma is also good. And hummus (chickpea ground into a paste or dip) seasoned with Tihini!!

All sounds good with the meals, except as you know fruits and veggies lol. I had pizza yesterday, I forget what else.

@LindaOHio Pizza is good, we are having it for our Easter meal, I guess you could say. If we go to my mom's anyway in the stupid snow.

How awful! A family member had meningitis years ago. It was horrible. She has scars to this day. Maybe swine flu is what I have had.

I had chicken & cheese-stuffed baked potato at Mark’s for lunch and chicken & veggie soup with rice for dinner. Plus peaches and a peppermint Pattie!

Swine flu, bird flu...man, what's up with these damn animals? lol For dinner last night I made baked chicken thighs smothered in some riblet sauce I had leftover. They were DEELISH! On the side we had baked potato that used up some KFC gravy we had with some cheese on top for good measure and buttered, kernel corn.
