Is Japan truly building a rail to take people to the moon?

April 4, 2024 4:48am CST
There has been several reports on social media that Japan is building a train system that will take people to the moon. I do think this is more of a fallacy and an impossible venture, considering the distance of the earth to the moon and the enormous money required to fund such project.

@ogbenishyna HOW can someone believe that you can place a railroad in "the air", this is so ridiculous, surely an April Fool Day prank.

I'm quite certain that's not true. However, if anyone could do such a thing then it would be the Japanese!!

It is a joke, gravity won't allow such project, the distance to moon can only be covered by a spacecraft.
