We’ve been meaning to take a trip to look at the giant trolls which have been created by Thomas Dambo, a world-renowned Danish artist. There are five of these in Mandurah, Western Australia and one in Subiaco, a suburb of Perth.
The giant wooden sculptures have been kept a bit secret. You need to visit the tourist centre to be given a map giving the location of those in Mandurah. However, the one is Subiaco is easily accessible and when we spent a night with Vin’s sister we made a very short detour to visit Bille Bob, as it’s called. It’s made from recycled timber.
Dambo has been called the world's leading recycle artist. He values recycling and sustainability, and uses his unlimited imagination to trash into interesting installations.

That is fabulous! There is a guy here in the states who does that type of thing and his work was featured in a broadcast in the last week or two.

Billie Bob is "far out"!!! That's amazing. It's great that he uses recycled materials. Have a good day.
