We have kittens

Two weeks ago the stray cat we feed had kittens. She had them in my father's garage. Of course that place was not good for them. We had to move them in a clean box. We were afraid to move them because the mom was very anxious. Now she allows us to see them. They are in a shed. We couldn't spay the stray cat because we can't keep her inside. We have three cats. We want to spay her, bur she needs to stay inside for at least three days.

Look into TNE in your area. They will trap, fix and release the animals. Even ear tip them so other trappers know they've been fixed.

Are you going to have them adopted?
Maybe you can find volunteers who can spay stray cats, like @kaylachan suggests. They might still ask for a fee, or better, a donation... but I guess you would have had to pay a vet anyway.

TNR is a volunteer program, so you don't have to worry about fees. You'd just have to wait until Mama has weened this current litter.

@kaylachan I guess being a nonprofit program they might struggle with some expenses, even if the vet was going to perform the surgery for free. Sure, they can't force a donation but they will be appreciative and perhaps act more willingly.

If You can get her use to being handled & you can get your
hands on her where you can take her to the vet to get fixed
& then put her & the babies in a kennel cage she'll do fine
just put like 3 days worth of food & water with her.

Yes. She needs to be spayed as soon as possible. But I don't have a kennel cage. I have a small cage. Do you think that I should keep her in that small cage? I will have to find a solution for her. She doesn't need to have a stressful life with those kittens.

@2ndchances24 She has two kittens, but the cage is too small for her and her kittens. Now she has a large box.
