Gas company doesn't want to send me an online bill to my app

With the other company for other utilities, it is all smooth and the same day i get the online bill on my email and inside the app and i am thankful to them. But, no,before election day here, i got a gas bill only on email. I should pay it till Monday but knowing how slow and awful service is, i decided to send an email today. No response. How nice of them. I pay them on time every month and i still need to beg them to send me another bill for the app where are no fees charged. I hate the arrogance and that feeling. I sent another mail that if they don't send me the bill, i won't pay it. Always some stupid people who can't do their job.

Some companies are clowns, sending expired bills and blaming you for late payments. And they're too lazy to even bother reading the emails. Hopefully your email has some 'legal value'.

This is why I don't really rely on it online. Some people are not doing their jobs properly it causes much trouble. Reminds me of that staff from western union who made an error encoding my account number and utility office didn't receive the bill. You know what after paying the bill i went straight into their office to have it checked, what an inconvenience.

i remember your discussion. this was going okay at first but honestly, my due to pay the bill will be on monday, i was honestly considering going there in person but they sent me today the bill on my app. yes, they make self propaganda all the time that online is less trees and paper but they didn't say less work for them.

This happened to me. They answered in a few days. I think that they have to respond to a lot of emails.

that is true but i think more people work there and that should be their job. i got it today.date to pay my bill is on monday. what a joy this has been for me
