Tragedy has struck, my electric blanket has died
. Luckily it is at the end of the season so I can wait until fall to get one. This one was supposed to last 5 years and was only two and a half..so not a happy camper. I will look to see if I can find the paperwork..but not sure if I still have it.I know I did get a replacement once without it..They used the numbers on the blanket tag..so it might be worth a call come fall.

I always keep them for a time, but not indefinitely.

@snowy22315 My BIL has all his receipts for electricity, water, rates, etc since the year dot. My SIL is always going on about it. lol I know they're different sorts of receipts but still...

@JudyEv All that sort of stuff is stored on the puter..since I pay my bills online. However, I know I bought that blanket in store.

I got mine a while back, from a thrift store & it still works
but I don't use it as much, I just use it UNDER my bed
sheet & put a thin blanket over top of the sheet so I don't
have to have it on too high just a low heat to warm the
sheet up.

@snowy22315 when I get my new bed it's going to FEEL so GOOD
to be where I can sleep like a baby & get the rest I need for a change.

Well, it is pretty much over here..but sadly tonight and tomorrow night for sure I could use it. I will probably need to put the space heater on.

Nothing seems to last a long time anymore. Hope you can get it replaced and don't have to pay for a new one. At least you won't need it until the Fall

Yes..tonight will be cold..but it could be and probably will be the last one for this year.
