For just over a couple million dollars, you can be stewards of the land at Clint Eastwoods Tehema Community.
It looks absolute heaven, but you know, in my mind, there are going to be some wealthy cultish freaks living there, trying to dominate everyone.
Who knows what you would actually be walking into.
Course, us ordinary folk can avoid all this.
Gladly.
Though it is a wondrous paradise to look at, to say the least, enticing and inviting, luring you into a trap.
I never knew about this place anyway.

Oh can you imagine it..the decadence and I wonder if Clint drops in now and again..he is in his 90s now.

Yes, you just don't know. If I had a couple million I'd be building a nice animal shelter and beautiful home for my kids to live in after I am gone. I don't want to live around a bunch of self-involved millionaires. It is lovely though. I'd visit such a place though. I'm not crazy.

Carmel is LOVELY - foresty and right by the sea - I know you would love the area (we sure do!) - but yes, VERY pricey. I didn't know about this Clint Eastwood community - and I don't doubt that it's 5 star beautiful everything . . . but the $$$,$$$,$$$
