Errand Day

I was quiet yesterday because it was errand day in Baton Rouge. We had to pick up insulin at my husband's doctor's office. He had one shot that did not release correctly and lost all the insulin. We got him all fixed up. We also had a couple more things to do and one was a no go. We wanted to close our safety deposit box but my key was not in my wallet where I have always kept it. I haven't been to that bank in a couple of years. So I need to find the key. I called and found out a replacement key is $20. But then she told me that they have to order them in pairs, so actually that would be $40. Same if I don't return the key when we close the box. So I have a mission to find the key! Hopefully it is in the bottom of my purse or the purse I used before this one. I hate cleaning out purses, (and wallets), but that is going to be done sometime this coming weekend. Next was stop at bank where my mom had an account. This is the one that did not have anyone else's name on it. I closed the one that I was also on t he account with no problem. At least we have the ball rolling here. I will have to go by the attorney's office at some point though. I am waiting for a review of account and they will let me know what else they need in order to proceed. So 1 out of 3 isn't too good, but we do have a start on one so I'll call it even at 1.5 out of 3! We headed to Olive Garden for an early dinner and enjoyed our meal.
