Bitcoin Halving is occuring today

I know most of you don't crypto or don't follow it. I have a small amount so I keep tabs on it. The reason halving is a good thing is because "Assuming a constant or rising demand, a decrease in supply usually results in an increase in price." Bitcoin was designed to have a limited amount available so when it halves it tends to drive up the price. It may not be instanteous though. Right at the moment it is worth more than yesterday, but it will be interesting to see what the coming days, weeks and months bring. When it gets high enough I am going to sell some to invest in a more secure product. Do you follow crypto at all?

Yes I follow crypto, I invested a little, not a lot of money. I already withdrew in the past and bought back when the price went back.

It seems good to experiment with. I think it is too unstable to invest alot in it though

@LadyDuck It's probably here to stay, but who knows?it could get regulated out of existence. There seems to be quite a bit of fraud associated with it too.

No, I don’t invest, but my younger son invested heavily. It went way down, but then it climbed way back up. It’s best to hold on to it.

I don't follow crypto. I converted my crypto to $ and haven't figured out how to get it out of my account. I must contact the site some day. Have a good day.

Yes. I invested and I made profit. I didn't invest much because I don't have money. But I withdrew everything when the price was higher.

I am not going to withdraw everything but I will take some out when it gets to a certain price point.
