Did you know that big cats, like tigers and lions respond to catnip. They roll over on their backs or running around wild like house cats do.
Did you know that flamingos can only eat with its head upside down. The man that works at the zoo told me that today.
Snakes can see with their eyes closed. Their eyes lids are thin and they can see right through them.

I have been told about the Flamingo when I visited an animal sanctuary in Florida.
Flamingos are filter feeders, they use their tongue as a sieve to catch food. It will put its neck down under the water with its mouth essentially upside, then close its mouth and force the water through comb-like extensions on its beak, using its tongue in order to push the water out while keeping all the food in.

I'd better keep some catnip in case I run into a lion! You never know what you'll run into these days. Interesting fact about the flamingo one of my favorite birds. As for that snake, I read run zig zag if a snake is ever chasing you.

The catnip trivia makes sense since those big cats are related, but I didn't know that or the ones about the snake and flamingo. Cool facts!
