I am a student in the second year at a university in my country.I see more and more children, not to mention students that skip classes for going into a internet cafee or even home to surf on the net for various unusefull stuff. Are parents to blame in this problem? What would you do if your child was in this position?

Actually you can really find very valuable knowledge on internet, so all the children are not searching for unuseful stuff. For making projects my friend's daughter surfs the net, I think there is nothing bad about it. But yes every good thing is often exploited in wrong ways, but that depends upon children to children. As a parent I will not give my child extra money to waste on net.

If it was one of my kids and they were not taking colleage seriously I think i might tell them that i'm not going to pay for it anymore if they dont pull there grades up or i will stop giving them extra money for things that are not needed.
