New beggining or end of old ways?

The year is almost over we have so much coming up . Halloween, diwali and Christmas among other festivals. I do set goals no matter the time of the year. How do you do it? At the beggining mid or end of the year? Share your thoughts

Am not wishing my life away it's just a way of life even if we are living in the moment. Still hopeful and looking forward to brighter things always
