Today 10/3 is my husband's and my 55th Heavenly Anniversary. So sad.
You're probably tired of hearing about gravel man; but he stopped by yesterday to pick up a recommendation from the lady across the street. Asked me if he could give me a hug. I just don't know what his intentions are. He also mentioned that he still owes me a dinner.
**I received a surprise via UPS yesterday. 10 copies of my book!!!!!!!
Today is the dentist appointment. I will find out if they can redo the root canal or if I have to have the tooth pulled. It's right in front; so I will need an implant.
Daddy Evil is fine. It's his usual eye problems that are keeping him away. Thanks to Eva for talking to him.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Sloppy Joe, potatoes, broccoli
Dessert/Snack - Mini Moon Pie
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, chips, blueberries
That's the last of the chips....

If he takes me out to dinner, he has to put on my shoes and socks. That may deter him. He does have nice blue eyes though.

@LindaOHio He told me that the white bright background of myLot hurts his eyes. I have to turn the brightness all the way down for the same reason.

Happy anniversary to you, and I guess we won't see much of you around here as you will be busy autographing those books. Onward and upward.
For dinner I made up a batch of scrambled eggs with hot dogs, onion, red bell pepper, and cheese with buttered toast on the side.

He might be but he seems like a friendly guy nonetheless. Hmm, yesterday I had sandwiches and eggs and hasbrowns for din. Nothing that exciting, but I need to go to the store. I can't use my car legally. Friend will be here Sunday though so we can defintely do a trip to the store. Also, Monday I am having him take me to Aldi and Ollies.

Hugs for your Anniversary 
Hope the dentist doesn't have to pull your tooth and can fix it. A front tooth and an implant (yikes)
Last night I had turkey sausages, roasted red potatoes and mixed veggies. I like chips too and lately have been enjoying baked lays.

Thanks. The day wasn't as sad as I thought it would be.
He was able to redo the root canal; and it has an 85% chance of being successful. Time will tell.

Thanks for the update on DaddyEvil ….i had noticed he hadn’t been on here and was concerned. Pleased he is okay , although sorry to hear his eyes are playing up again !
I just saw a mention of ‘ Gravel Man ‘ on another post ……I must have been living under a rock because this is the first I gave heard ……so now, of course, being a nosey person, I want to know all about him ……

Gravel man redid my gravel drive and asked me out to dinner. He's stopped by several times for various things; and he gives me a big hug....and he has blue eyes!

Hi, Linda.
Gravel Man sounds like a nice man who is interested in getting to know you better. There is absolutely nothing wrong with going out to dinner with him!! You are both adults, going out will be fine, you can get to know each other better. You are alone too much. Take a deep breath and tell him, sure, let’s go out!
