When was the last time you bought an article of clothing or other item to cheer yourself?

So, since things have been ultra stressful as of late with this accident and repercussions I have been in a funk. However, I always like to practice a little acquisiton therapy. I had some Amazon gift certificates as per usual, so I decided to buy a nice fall sweatshirt. It is orange, I have no orange sweatshirt, and has gnomes on it, and as a perfect segway from Thanksgiving to Christmas, it also has pinecones in the corner. I think it is really quite cute and will be fun to wear over the upcoming fall holidays. I also got myself some finishing sugar which is seems to be a fairly new product. It is an apple cider flavor. I will sprinkle it on baked goods or oatmeal.

Retail therapy can often do wonders! lol
The last time I bought something to cheer me up was last winter, when I bought a new leather motorcycle jacket to help get me out of a funk. I didn't need a new jacket (I live in Florida after all), but it was a nice jacket and it was on sale and I just couldn't resist. It definitely cheered me up, but unfortunately I only got to wear it one time before the weather turned too hot for jackets. Maybe this winter I'll get a little use out of it.

Well, the week we were supposed to go on the cruise, I used the money I was going to spend on the cruise to get an hour long cupping/massage. She was so surprised by my appointment. She was like, that was a short cruise! It did make me feel better, physically and mentally.
