They were able to redo my root canal; and it has an 85% chance of being stable. I was a nervous wreck; but the only thing that hurt were the novocaine shots. The brochure they sent me home with was 75% how to handle after-procedure pain; but, knock on wood, I had none. The next pain episode might be in 2-3 days. Hopefully I will have no pain then either. What I didn't know is that this is only a temporary filling; and I have to go back to my regular dentist in 2 weeks to get the permanent filling. My portion of the root canal was $600 which really surprised me.
Gravel man stopped by yesterday to pick up a letter of recommendation; and I got another hug. He gives good hugs; and he has beautiful blue eyes. lolololololol
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken breast with gravy, biscuit, spinach, mixed veggies, Mandarin oranges
Dessert/Snack - None
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, tortilla chips (no potassium and 200 mg of sodium), yogurt

Sorry you have to go back in 2 weeks for the permanent part. That is no fun. But that is good it wasn't too bad pain wise...

Any experience in the dentist's office makes me a nervous wreck. Bad experiences. Hope your root canal is stable.

Was $600 a lot or you thought it was gonna be more? I am glad you’re not experiencing pain. Hopefully it will not return.

Hash browns and the leftovers of that chicken soup for dinner, the usual for lunch. Peach applesauce!!! Fiber and yogurt!
Really thankful they repaired the root canal, hope it lasts. I also hope you don’t have any serious pain with it. Yes, you know you’re in trouble when they have to numb you to give you a shot to numb you for the shot!

Me too. In the brochure it said it could be bad enough to take an opiod pill AND over the counter meds at the same time.
