How can I lose 100 pounds in 8 and a half months and get healthier?

I want to lose 100 pounds in 8 and a half months and get healthier at the same time, while losing the weight. Any tips and advice? Any help is appreciated.

Strict 1200 calories a day + jog 3 miles 4 times a week.

One, you can drink a lot of water. Have a firm decision of your goal. Self control counts a lot also. Good luck

If you have the money, go to a doctor at the hospital, and he'll work out a plan for you. If you don't have the money, stop eating fried food from now on. My friend ate steamed food for 1/2 year without fail, and she lost 20kg. Also, you must run everyday for like for an hour. No pain, no gain.
