Whats For Dinner?

Its been a hot day here today with a Red Alert for air quality due to the smoke from the fires in Canada.
The sky is very overcast and you can smell the smoke.
So it's been an inside day.
I spent the day relaxing, reading, crocheting and watching a few TV shows.
Now it's time to cook and we're having another easy dinner.
In my large Pyrex baking dish I have turkey sausages, sliced up red and green peppers, onion slices and cut up potatoes. A little bit of seasoning, a sprinkle of olive oil and it's in the oven for the next 50 minutes.
When my daughter finishes her work day dinner will be ready

We had Pizza Marilyn
Had another long road trip today in very hot conditions.
Couldn't be bothered cooking.
So just out a pizza in the oven for 10 minutes

I had tater tots, with some pepperoni slices and slices of smoked sausage topped with pizza sauce and shredded cheddar melted in my toater oven in the afternoon and no having some cheesecake and ice cream sandwiches too hot for more hot food.

I won't know because George and I don't eat until about an hour or two before bed. However, if I know George, he'll either have salad or something out of a can. He may surprise me and ask for hamburger, but it's far to early to say. I keep myself ready for anything his mind comes up with.
