Keep Underwear Locked Up?

Should stores keep underwear locked behind a counter, so that you have to ask a clerk to help you buy it? Some people are offended by underwear; should we protect them?

Offended by underwear?? How can people be offended by underwear?? Unless you mean kinky stuff but that sort of thing is usually sold in specialist shops anyway (so I'm told!)
