What is your opinion of Bionce's vocal calesthenics

I think that she over uses both her vibrato and tripping through her scales in vibrato. Eventually all of that will damage her voice. Probably beyond repair. Aside from the fact that she is a good singer, often she is repetitious in the quality and sound of her music. Also you really cannot tell much of a difference between her solo songs and DC songs as she has chosen backup singers who sound just like the two partners that she had in DC, she just pays them less and puts herself out in the front in name and appearance. If she tried to audition for American Idol I am not certain she would make it on.
