How do you discipline your child(ren)?

How do you discipline your children and is it working for you? What else have you tried? Why did you choose the method you use now?

Children do what they see. Parents are the role models. So I keep my conduct disciplined and they follow me as they think that is the right way to behave. that is how my parents controlled us.
