There is a story about a man and his family living in poverty. They started off in a run-down shack, without a car, and unemployed. The man traded one of his children's bikes for some food and a color TV. He traded the TV for something else and eventually traded his way up to having over $1 Million in assets. From what I understand, he did not purposely set-out to become a millionaire; it just happened. There is a new group that is designed to encourage people to trade their way to become millionairs. The group is: http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/milliondollarexperiment/ Please check this out and tell me what you think. I have already started the group and am trading an old word processor. Does anyone have anything they would like to trade me for this?

It works only of people are not greedy. If your purpose is just to survive, amazing things can happen. If you release your attachment to the end result, magic!

I lack the ambition to do all that trading! Is it possible for a lazy person to become rich?

I am not able to do much for tradiing right now.. But I joined the group anyhow to take a look. If I see it really does help people. I will start inviting others. - DNatureofDTrain

My local radio station does this all the time. They will offer up one of their promotional pens (yeah, like a 10 cent pen) as the first item to trade. Someone always wants it and will trade something like a coffee mug or something small. It's gotten up to things like 4 tickets to a ballgame and stuff like that. It just depends on who wants something and how badly they want it. I posted to another person why this really works "One man's trash is another man's treasure." Good Luck to you!

The radio station I listen to does this about once a year. They call it "Tradio" and they have gotten some fabulous stuff! They started out with a pencil and ended up with a 2-week Hawaiian vacation, which they ended up donating to a needy local family.
