There is nothing in my life that I can say I regret, life is too short for regrets, everything I have done in my lifetime makes me the person I am today, so no regrets for me.

My biggest regret at the moment, perhaps, is that I ever started smoking. I wish that someone, in the 50's, had been there to warn me of the dangers and of the serious addiction which it would create. There are some things which I might regret doing or not doing but when I made the decisions, there were good and valid reasons why I did, so I can't regret because I know I made the best decision at the time. There are some things which one can feel are regrettable but if one flips the coin, one finds that the positive side is often better than the negative.
