Can you keep a secret?

When someone tells you a secret and tells you not to say anything to anyone do you keep the secret? Are you one of those people who has to tell one person? Do you spill to the next person you see?
I am a secret keeper. I don't like drama and I know telling that secret will just cause drama even if not for you for the person who's secret it is.
So can you???

Thats me too. I got drunk onetime & my friend had told me that he was gay. no one else knew. I usally wouldnt say anything & everyone knows that. thats why they tell me stuff. Well I got drunk & got on the microphone on stage in a crowded bar & annoced that he was gay. The next day, when they told me what i done, i felt so bad. I just wanted to cry. He didnt talk to me for a long time. Not that i blame him, if it was the other way around, id never talk to me agin. Gees, i am a dumb mean violent loudmouth drunk. I hate that i ever done that to him. But now everyone knows atleast so hes kinda okay with me agin,

I keep someones secret except I usually tell my husband everything. We keep pretty much to ourselves and tell each other everything. I also tell my sister everything.

I think it's like that with a lot of couples. I have a couple of friends who won't tell your secret to anyone EXCEPT their boyfriends. It kinda makes me choosey on what i'll spill to them cause I've known their boyfriends for longer than i've known them and some stuff I don't want them to know.

i think im a pretty good secret keeper...i dont think anyone has ever really told me to keep something a secret...so maybe people dont think im a good secret keeper...=P oh well...

Yeah, I know! When it's huge secrets that i'm not supposed to tell I just make myself forget it so there's no chance it'll slip out even if i'm drunk!

Yeah I have a lot of secrets! Deep down buried inside where no one is going to hear them except for the people that told them to me, if the subject gets brought up. I have secrets only I know, that I`ve known for the longest. That`s about the only thing I can do, keep a secret and it`s not much of a talent!

Not a talent but a good thing to be able to do cause then people feel they can talk to you about anything and trust you not to tell. That's definitely one thing about you that makes you a good friend!

yes for some reason i am the one everyone always tell secrets to.. and when they do i always keep secrets.. i figure that if they wanted someone else to know they would tell that person.. its not my place to tell that person..

It really depends on how "exciting" the secret is. If it is some REALLY BIG NEWS, then I probably wouldn't be able too. Hey, at least I am honest!

Yes, I'm very good in keeping secrets that I end up hearing too many from too many people, it's a big burden though and when someone asks me, can you keep a secret? i reply no.. but they tells me just the same because they know I'm just kidding, most of the times I really don't want to know as I'm not a nosy person by nature.

yea i can keep a secret pretty well n i dun like it wen people go around telling sumthng which is supposed to be kept a secret...
