what is wrong with the peopel today?

try to look at the picture i have posted. this was taken from the hospital's parking lot by my aunt who visited us from australia. and i'm pretty sure you will see whats wrong with this.
they should have taken off the sign if that area fits to be a parking lot or they should have give notice to the owner of that car and inform that they are in the wrong place.
my aunt ask me, "are pilipino today dont know how to read?"
i dont know what to say cause the evidence is there.

Wow thats some serious parking in a No Parking zone. Unbelievable...so where does the ambulances have to stop?It looks like there is alot of people visiting Australian hospitals?

Maybe the people who parked there are staff. There is writing under the NO PARKING bit, what does that say? Maybe it's for staff only, in which case it wouldn't matter if someone was blocked in because they could be let out again easily. If that's not the case it just shows how ignorant people are.

This is common place all over the world. People disregard rules all the time. I have seen parents performing such foolish acts and when their children question them disregard them. Rules were set in place for a purpose, not as an annoyance to people but for a reason. Some don't think rules pertain to them.

Yeah! No Parking! All over the big wall! And then some idiot parked in a way that the person in the corner will not be able to leave - they are blocked in. In the words of Carlos Mencia "Dee dee dee".

Sometimes, some people are just to busy to read. They forget the little things. Like the one you mentioned. Anyway, nice observation.

well it is the little things in life that make the difference make you rather happy or just plain P-offed and I reckon this is the latter
